General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

·       Entrepreneur : the natural or legal person who offers products to consumers via a webshop.

·       Consumer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.

·       Agreement : the distance contract between entrepreneur and consumer.

·       Reflection period : the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.

Article 3 – Applicability

1.     These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded.

2.     Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

1.     The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

2.     Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 5 – The Agreement

1.     The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer.

2.     The entrepreneur confirms receipt of the order by email.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

1.     The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.     The withdrawal period commences on the day after receipt of the product.

3.     The consumer must return the product within 14 days after cancellation.

Article 7 – Costs in case of revocation

1.     If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be at his expense.

2.     The entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

·       Products made to consumer specifications.

·       Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

Article 9 – The price

1.     Prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs.

2.     Price increases after the agreement has been concluded are not permitted, unless required by law.

Article 10 – Delivery and execution

1.     The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when executing orders.

2.     Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer.

3.     The delivery term is no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 11 – Payment

1.     Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer must pay in advance using the payment methods offered.

2.     In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur has the right to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

Article 12 – Complaints procedure

1.     Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery via the specified email address - hello@north84.nl

2.     The entrepreneur will respond substantively within 14 days.

Article 13 – Disputes
Agreements between the entrepreneur and consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
